Domaine Rolet, founded in 1942 by Désiré Rolet, is one of the jewels of the Jura, and a leading name of the region. Their wines showcase the full richness of the terroir through a wide range of local grape varieties and appellations - 66 hectares spread across the best hillsides of Arbois, Côtes du Jura, l'Étoile and Château-Chalon. White wines are made from Chardonnay and Savagnin - the grape variety used, among others, in the region’s prestigious Vin Jaune. Red wines are made from Poulsard, Trousseau, and Pinot Noir. Today, the Domaine is driven by a desire to maintain a precise balance between tradition and modernity, as has prevailed for eight decades.
